Kansas City シーンでは旧くから活躍、Phil Neal Band、Phil Neal & The Wornalls、The Power Ties、The Rockhills といったバンドでも活動のフロントマンの Phil Neal (現在も活動中!!!) による入手困難ソロ唯一作品 7"。一時は 200 ドル近いプライスで取引、The Records や Joe Jackson、Yellow Pills Comp や Rhino の名作シリーズ D.I.Y. Power Pop Comp シリーズを思わせる様な良質 Power Pop ナンバー 2 曲入り。The Tearjerkers、The Exits、The Pencils 等同様に限定プレスで You Are The Cosmos から登場の Power Pop New Wave Mod Punk 1977 - 85 シリーズとなります。
