こちらは完全未発表、1981 年発表の Album「Pleasant Dreams」用 Demo として録音され、そのままお蔵入りとなり一切の公式リリースに未収録、非公式盤のレコードでは「Great Lost Numbers」LP と本作 7” のみ収録となっている激貴重音源!!! Demo の割にはかなり音質 / 演奏共に良好で Ramones ファンでなくとも楽しめる限定プレス非公式盤 7”!
未発表にしたのも勿体無いレベルで実に Ramones らしさの出た、いかにも 6 枚目の「Pleasant Dreams」LP 系統でシングルの裏面で聴けそうなキャッチー Ramone Punk でオススメです。裏面には 1982 年 New York City (U.S.) での Live の「Surf City」カバーを収録。
